This Birthday card is an entry in the Page Maps Blog card contest. Page Maps is a site full of card and scrapbook page ideas that I use quite often. 

I'm not sure if I posted this one before. It is Karen's Birthday Card. The picture isn't very good, but it is a tri-fold card.
